In 2007, I had the opportunity to attend Cruise 360 in Florida and began my training to become a travel consultant. I was hooked at that point. Travel became one of my passions and I proceeded to learn all I could. I did the fast track with CLIA and received my ACC (Accredited Cruise Counsellor) and went on to achieve MCC (Master Cruise Counsellor). For the next nine years, while working full time as bookkeeper, I enjoyed being a part-time travel consultant. In June of 2016, I retired from my full time position after being at the same place for 35 years. Near the end of that year, I decided that I would like to have my own agency and pursued that. I joined Outside Agents and now have my own agency. I am still learning this business and enjoy the learning process. I love helping people find and experience all the travel they only dreamed about.
